Is this a preorder?
Yes. This is a preorder for the Saiyan Tree. Production starts on October 16, 2026. Your tree ships after production; October 16 is not a dispatch or delivery date.
When will my preorder ship?
Production starts on October 16, 2026. Dispatch follows production, and tracking will be provided when your order ships. The production start date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to arrange a return and receive the next steps before sending your tree back.
What's the difference between the 5 ft and 2 ft trees?
The 5 ft tree is the centrepiece for your main holiday display. The 2 ft tree is a compact option for a desk, shelf, apartment, or gift. Both bring Dragon Ball spirit to your space.
What's included with my order?
Your chosen tree comes with free standard shipping in our domestic shipping zone and a Dragon Ball Mystery Box. The ornament set and shipping protection are optional extras, selected separately above.
Can I add the matching ornaments?
Yes. Select the Saiyan Ornaments above before preordering your tree. The optional Dragon Ball Ornament Set is added as a separate item, and the preorder button shows the updated total.
What does shipping protection cover?
The optional 30-Day Shipping Protection covers an order lost, damaged, or stolen in transit with a replacement. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

The level of detail is insane
Every single element on this tree hits the right nostalgic note.
